Beverly Hills resident Sam Freshman
has written a book, The Principles of Real Estate Syndication; in
which the techniques and theories can be applied to many other
ventures such as Oil and Gas or Entertainment endeavors. This book
is in its third edition and now has 22 chapters with an Appendix and
a Glossary. He has chaired the Legal and
Accounting Committee of the California Real Estate Association
Syndication Division, he has lectured extensively before Realty
Boards, Bar Associations, CPA Societies, Colleges and Universities
on the subject. Mr. Freshman assisted in the preparation of the
California Real Estate Commissioner?s syndicate regulations and is a
partner in numerous real estate developments. A graduate of Stanford
