Guidelines and Criteria

Credit :
We will consider applicants with ability and stability who have had credit problems.

Employment :
Verifiable minimum 1 year at employment or 2 years in same field with 3 years Job History. Military E-6 and above only.

Residence :
Minimum 1 year at residence-with 3 years history. Minimum Rent -$300.00

Budget :
Minimum Income requirement $1300.00 per month. Total debts cannot exceed 50% of Net Income . Minimum $100.00 Insurance payment included in budget.

Bankruptcy :
Must be discharged to be consider.

1st Time Buyers :
1st Time buyers are considered. Job and residence requirements must be met and verified.

Co-Maker criteria:
Blood relative (highly qualified non-blood relatives will be considered.)
Minimum income of $ 1500.00 net.
